About Iaccarino

Iaccarino was founded in 1929 by Ralph Iaccarino as a manufacturer of custom woodwork and refrigerated showcases. Since that time the company has engaged in several custom manufacturing businesses as different opportunities have arisen, but fine craftsmanship in wood and customer satisfaction have always been the guiding principles of the business.

Begun in a former tire store and garage in Worcester, Massachusetts, by 1945 Iaccarino had expanded to the point where larger quarters were needed. The company acquired a building in Worcester to meet the demands of steadily growing sales and production.

By the early sixties, architectural millwork had become the major business, particularly for schools, hospitals and other office buildings. And in 1971 Iaccarino  moved to its own large, thoroughly modern production facility in Boylston. In 2002 an additional 10,000 square feet of space was added for a new automated equipment and casework assembly area, as well as doubling the size of the shipping/receiving area.

Please let us know if you would like to tour the plant. As production specialists, we have often been able to suggest alternate or new ways of solving old problems, and even occasionally have prompted design innovation by explaining our production methods. You will be welcomed.
